As a rule, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time on the arrival date is from 16.00 onwards and the check-out time on the departure date is before 09.30 in the morning. In some accommodation there may be a mandatory arrival and departure date, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-coloured days. The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the accommodation.     Badkamer beneden is de warmte van het water slechtin te stellen, aircounit beneden werkt niet goed. Helaas konden we geen nederlandse zenders op de tv krijgen, na een hoop heen en weer gebel is het niet gelukt. Verder is het een geweldig huis, we hebben nog nooit zo'n lux vakantiegevoel gehad, jammer dat het niet dichter bij een plaatsje is zodat je er zo even heen kan lopen. Ik zou er zo weer naar toe gaan, geweldig huis! 8.7

    Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Dennoch wäre es bei der Ankunft wünschenswert gewesen, eine bessere Wegbeschreibung zum Objekt zu haben. Darüber hinaus funktionierten während des Urlaubes eine der zwei Waschmaschinen nicht. Auch der versprochene Techniker kam nicht. La única pega que podríamos ponerle es que se pusiera una barandilla en las escaleras porque son muy peligrosas y también una antena de televisión con tele en el comedor de arriba donde está la cocina, ya que está la mesa para comer pero no se puede ver la tv.     La verdad es que "Belleza" es un alojamiento impresionante, hemos estado genial dsifrutando con nuestros hijos. Echamos de menos el que alguien nos acompañara al alojamiento el primer día, la verdad es que nos costó bastante llegar a pesar de las indicaciones. Es muy recomendable visitar las calas que están muy cerca de la casa, el portixol y la granadella. Por cierto, en la empresa de jardinería hay un chico que podía ser guía de Jávea, por el entusiasmo y el conocimiento con el que habla de su pueblo, gracias a él pasamos una estupenda noche de San Juán. En términos generales hemos quedado encantados con la casa y con la empresa Aguila Rent. 9.1

    General Information Jávea

    The history of Jávea or Xabia (in Valencian), goes back many centuries. The first evidence of the occupation of the area are even 16,000 years old and can be found in the caves of the imposing Montgó mountain in the form of mural drawings. Jávea is divided into three different areas, the old village (El Pueblo), the port (El Puerto) and the area around the sandy beach of Jávea (El Arenal) where most holiday homes can be found. Jávea hasn't changed much in the past centuries and one can still find traditionally built houses around typical Spanish squares.

    The port of Jávea was built in 1871 and the trade was mainly in raisins. After the collapse of this market, the once large port fell into a small fishing port. Later, thanks to increasing tourism, this port was extended to include a marina.

    Beaches of Jávea

    El Arenal (the sandy beach) is the promenade of Jávea. Here you will find many restaurants, cozy bars, shops and some clubs that stay open until the early hours. There are playgrounds for children, volleyball nets and you can rent jet skis and boats. But let's not forget the many other beaches of Jávea: El Pope, Ambolo, La Granadella, Muntanyar and Cala la Sardina.

    The smaller beaches of Jávea consist mainly of pebble and rocky beaches. The beaches of La Grava and Cala Blanca are ideal for practicing water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tangó are pebble beaches that are ideal for snorkeling and diving.
